Public Relations Committee

This committee performs important tasks in the Association, namely the following:

This committee is responsible for following up on and coordinating the preparation of visit programs for official delegations

Receiving the Association's guests, including officials, official delegations, and academic and scientific personalities

Responsible for organizing events that are held in the name of the Association in coordination with various parties inside and outside the institutions.

Supervising the ceremonies of all kinds of meetings, as well as following up the affairs related to the organizations' arrangements for events, and booking electronic halls to hold lectures, meetings, seminars, conferences, etc.

It is also responsible for addressing and coordinating with the concerned authorities when holding meetings, and equipping its electronic rooms with all its contents, and is composed of a number of members who assume their duties according to the Association's management.
